Hudl is looking for an entrepreneurial partnership account executive to join our team. If you’re a self-starter with great relationship management skills who can drive innovation, profitable revenue, strategic business value and execution around our partnerships and branded events, this role is for you. 

You Are

  • Passionate and have a proven track record of Partnership Management and Activation.
  • Experienced in partnership sales, partnership marketing management, product management, business development, or comparable roles.
  • Knowledgeable of contract development and negotiation, go-to-market strategies, and understanding of business drivers.
  • Strong influencing, communication and relationship building skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Top-notch with presentation skills:  storytelling - setting frame of reference (context) and clearly communicating point of difference and value proposition.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and experience in decision making with large data sets and quantitative analysis.
  • Experienced with Sales Force or other CRM.
  • Sales Minded and understand practical application of Challenger Sales and Challenger Marketing.

You Will

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of partners through the partnership life cycle: opportunity identification, contract negotiations, event creation/activation, communication, development of strategic plans, ensuring deliverables are mutually beneficial and executed, creating and managing a budget, and partner performance evaluation and renewal recommendations.
  • Build a roadmap for your portfolio that delivers top line revenue growth, margin and industry innovation (Examples: product integration, talking points/sales strategy).
  • Work with Partnership Manager on strategies to optimize and restructure, expand or sunset assigned partner agreements.
  • Work with Partnership Manager on evaluation and renewal of 3rd party integration partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to understand key insights, wins and opportunities to unlock new value through events and partnerships.  Ensure alignment with the sport and market GTM strategy and company goals.
  • Be responsible for making data-driven recommendations to develop new programs, improve existing programs through tracking and reporting on results.  Make sure we have necessary tracking in place to report on the success of campaigns and other marketing efforts.
