The Account Receipts Coordinator provides accounting professional or management support for general financial accounting activities for the organization. Assist and/or monitor processes & procedures related to accounting tasks and enterprise policies.

Essential Functions

* Performing a variety of day-to-day Accounting activities
* Recognizes and solves typical problems that occur in own work area of Accounting
* Make and recommend decisions related to their assigned workflow
* Handles inquiries that are typically routine/repetitive
* Assist and respond to routine customer situations
* Suggests and documents improvements to existing processes and solutions
* Appropriately escalates needs for assistance
* Prepare and process journal entries as applicable

Qualifications

* H.S. Diploma or GED required
* Up to two years' experience required
