CSG International, Inc., a leading provider of customer account management and communication services, is looking for a highly adaptable developer to join our Interactive Messaging software development team. This specific role will specialize in the creation of new applications and processes for our highly advanced customer communications platform.  The work will encompass a variety of application types, from customer-facing apps to backend processes and everything in between.  At CSG, we pride ourselves on being outstanding problem solvers with the highest levels of customer focus.

Technology Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platforms strongly preferred.
  • Experience with C a strong plus
  • Java/Javscript/SQL/Go knowledge all would be helpful to the role. 
  • Prior work with Conversational AI platforms a plus.

General Qualifications

  • Degree in MIS or Computer Science/Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional work experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work effectively, both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work from CSG’s West Omaha campus (once the current work-from-home mandate is lifted).
