We’re looking for an internal recruiter to join our global team and take responsibility for how we scale. You will be working with our leaders in America, helping them build the teams that enable Hudl to build innovative products and serve our users.

We are in a period of growth, across our product range and in headcount. So ideally you will comfortable working across tech and commercial roles. We are also focused on building for scale, so you will be involved in some critical team projects, such as redesigning our interview process, developing our employer brand and improving diversity.

Our global Talent Acquisition team is eight people and part of a wider People Ops function. You will be working alongside three other recruiters (all US-based) and with a coordinator to assist with scheduling. Our Lincoln/Omaha offices are great spaces but we have a flexible work culture and give you a high level of autonomy and trust.

  • Proven. Experience working as a recruiter in an agency or internal role.

  • Data Conscious. Happy to drill down into data to help us understand why something has happened or how we are performing.
  • Candid. We embrace real talk, so happy to challenge our current way of working or approaches.
  • Passionate. You care about building teams, candidate experience and partnering with leaders.

  • Own the entire recruitment life cycle. From opening to sourcing to interviewing to offering, we’re the trusted partner for our Hiring Managers and the advocates for our candidates.   
  • Promote our hiring brand. We’re based in the US and still growing our presence worldwide. 
  • Be challenged. There’s no shortage of problems to solve and new roles to tackle.
  • Make Hudl even better. We’re constantly growing, yet keep our standards high. Our products are backed by world-class Hudlies, and you’ll help bring them in the door.
  • Partner. Work with a coordinator that will help schedule your interviews.
