Engagement Coordinator

The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for connecting the Ameritas Mission Vision and Values to the Ameritas Associate, primarily through managing the annual Ameritas Engagement Survey and the ongoing Ameritas Ambassadors program. This position is the HR sponsor for the Ameritas Associate Committees in a collaborative partnership with the Talent Strategy Team. This position will also assist in the coordination and alignment of at least 2 development opportunities for the enterprise per month.

What you do

* Collaborate and consult with the Talent Strategy team and our consultant Gallup. Work with Gallup and deploy Ameritas and Gallup best practices to assist in the Annual Engagement survey launch and feedback sessions. Lead and facilitate monthly connections with Engagement Ambassadors.
* Ensures our Ameritas Associate Committees follow their respected charters. These activities primarily include setting the meetings and providing agreed upon and set process to the Committee Chairs. Keeping the standing charters up to date and ensuring the Chairs follow the charters a. Communicating with the 2nd VP of Talent on any deviations
* Coordinating well-being learning and development opportunities for all associates at least twice per month which may include Talent Development, Wellness, culture, and other Associate development opportunities. Assist HR Business Partners serving internal clients and subject matter experts to understand their needs and determine optimal learning, and development resources that need to be deployed.
* Establish SOPs and communicate reporting metrics and project dashboards which provide quantifiable gauges regarding the delivery, effectiveness, and alignment of the Ameritas engagement process, Ameritas development and well being offerings.

What you bring

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field required
* 2-4 years related experience required
* Gallup Strengths knowledge a plus
* Part Time position working 20 hours a week
