We’re looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans and marketing programs. These efforts result in a mixture of new customer acquisition, revenue expansion, cross-sell and retention for assigned target markets or products. Your work will span the customer journey and will lead to better interactions between Hudl and our prospects and customers.

You Are

  • Experienced. Ideally, you have 1–3 years of marketing experience, with a BS or BA in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  • Invested in Hudl’s growth. You understand the value that Hudl brings to our users and can bring that to life. You get the why as easily as the what and how.
  • Customer-centric. You passionately seek to walk the proverbial mile in our users' shoes, allowing you to write and speak their language. 
  • Two-brained. You have the ability to seamlessly transition between creative right-brain thinking and an analytical left-brain approach to deliver marketing campaigns on time, on cost and on quality with measurable results.
  • Collaborative. You’re an effective communicator who understands the importance of working with other team members to create great campaigns that reach business goals.
  • Organized. You’re excellent at prioritizing and breaking down complex challenges into manageable steps, even if it’s something you’ve never done before. You take ownership of your tasks and are able to effectively prioritize what needs to get done. 
  • Adaptable. You’re able to take change with grace and flexibility, and adjust your workflows as necessary to remain productive and get your work done. 

You Will

  • Research. You'll gather customer insights and data points to inform campaign creation.
  • Plan. Composing project briefs across multiple marketing channels, with clear timelines and milestones, will be your bread and butter.
  • Coordinate. You'll establish a project management plan, then work closely with cross-functional key stakeholders and hold everyone accountable.
  • Execute. After ensuring proper tracking mechanisms in place, you'll create and launch marketing assets across internal and external communication channels.
  • Evaluate. You'll assess campaign performance, gather feedback from frontline teams and lead team retros.
  • Optimize. You'll be responsible for tracking and broadly reporting on progress, which includes documenting action items, takeaways and next steps.

  • 1st Step: Phone interview covering behavior and experience with a Sr. Manager, Marketing
  • 2nd StepVideo interview covering job fit with a Lead Marketing Manager
  • Project: We'll ship you a project that's used to inform your final interview conversations (you'll be compensated $250 for your time, regardless of outcome) 
  • Final Step: Video interviews with two panels consisting of Marketing Managers and our HR Business Partner
