The Enterprise Identity and Access Management Services team is looking for a developer to build integrate and focus on Identity technologies.  Primary responsibilities will be development and integration of SailPoint Identity IQ, Okta, and other technologies with infrastructure components to include directory services and cloud environments.  Focus of these efforts will be automation, user self-service, and run reduction.  Role includes incident response for problem resolution.

This work will include but is not limited to:

  • Development and maintenance of SailPoint Identity IQ and other identity access management solutions.
  • Integration of Okta into the corporate environment for employees and customers.
  • Application certification centralization and automation activities using SailPoint Rapid Setup.
  • Java, Python, and C# development.
  • Consult with business partners and information services teams to build and deploy high quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to set vision and define roadmap in order to enable the growth of the identity practice.
  • Creation of technical documentation for system functionality and procedural guidance.
  • Adherence and enforcement of all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Assessment of new technologies and enhanced features for implementation.
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for at least one identity technology.
  • Mentor team members in a collaborative manner.
  • Maintaining technical currency and elimination of repeatable tasks through automation.


  • Partner with team members to develop and maintain identity software solutions, scripts and support tools.
  • Creating software solutions following Software Development Life Cycle; using best practices and ensuring stability and security of the environment.
  • Identify, define, develop, implement and ensure the ethical administration of all security policies, processes and procedures; investigate possible security policy exceptions; maintain and document security controls.
  • Perform systems analyst duties related to security architecture and infrastructure to include:
    • Providing design, analytical, and programming support for security products and services.
    • Collecting and analyzing relevant data related to security trends and technologies.
    • Developing technical and non-technical security designs to satisfy business requirements.
    • Developing, modifying and implementing test and implementation plans for security products and processes.
  • Work closely with customer business environments in order to provide appropriate solutions and process improvements.
  • Report violations (internal and external sources) to the Security CIRT (Computer Incident Response Team) and participate in CIRT activities such as investigating internal and external security incidents, excess individual access authorities, and distributed security responsibilities.
  • Develop auditing and reporting for primary security tools such as authentication directories and distributed authentication systems.
  • Develop auditing and reporting for distributed security responsibilities to include home office, field offices, and the cloud environments.
  • Process complex requests for identity management technologies. Develop, review and approve security guidelines, processes, and development procedures.
  • Oversee and direct the participation of team members in complex software upgrades, support enterprise teams in validating enterprise software upgrades, and modify code to meet business needs.
  • Consult on company-wide projects where security needs are identified.
  • Identify and evaluate security products to enhance current productivity and effectiveness. Make recommendations to department management based on evaluation and assessment.
  • Maintain strong professional relations with internal customer areas and outside vendors, keeping abreast of industry trends, threats, risks and controls.
  • Responsible for complying with all Company policies and standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate security and privacy measures are implemented on technology solutions to protect Company data from intentional or accidental misuse.

The I/S Security Analyst and Sr I/S Security Analyst levels have variable essential functions, qualifications and physical requirements. Competency and skill set will determine level of placement within the posted job family.


  • 5 years experience in development.
  • Proven experience in system design, research, analysis, testing and implementation.
  • Detailed knowledge in specialized security technical tools and techniques and their implementation and administration.
  • Working knowledge of project methodology, and policy development and implementation.
  • Understanding of government regulations such as security, privacy, audit reporting, etc.

  • You are able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet.


  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) Certification (or other management approved certification).
  • Experience with SailPoint and Okta development in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault APIs.
  • Experience working with identity technologies to include structured and unstructured data tools, pipeline automation, and version control solutions such as Git.
  • Experience with containerization of applications such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Agile Planning Experience.
  • Proven leadership, business judgment, negotiation skills and customer relations with ability to operate independently but within team, division, operation and corporate guidelines.

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
  • Pay commensurate with experience.
