Position Details:

We need a "bar-raising" Recruiter who is on top of his/her game. An individual who can become a "talent magnet" for CSG and support our production and corporate organization staffing needs. If you like waiting for things to happen, do not apply. This position is not for you. 

Our next Recruiter will unleash their recruiting genius to build sustainable pipelines of talent for key locations across the United States (TX, NE, FL) by utilizing current and new sourcing methodologies to attract talent. The perfect candidate has high-energy, the ability to take an idea to execution and has a proven record of transforming the recruitment programs. Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage passive candidates through sourcing and pipeline building as well as adopting new sourcing channels. (Always be recruiting

  • Identify, screen, and pre-qualify candidates for a dedicated high-volume hiring client groups

  • Consult and collaborate with internal partners on sourcing strategy, interviewing techniques and market data

  • Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication.

  • Coordinate events: attending and host career fairs, conduct school visits, and networking

  • Be a CSG Brand Ambassador

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Previous recruitment experience in hiring for production operators and help-desk support is a must. 

  • Excellent customer focus with the ability and desire to partner with HR colleagues, hiring managers and external candidates. 

  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing creative sourcing resources and social media, including Linked In, Face Book and Twitter

  • Strong communication skills including ability to clearly articulate information and ideas orally and in writing; ability to communicate compellingly to impact and influence decision making.

  • Proven experience in providing quality candidates at all levels of the organization with a focus on sustained pipeline development.

  • Good sales aptitude with demonstrated ability to create compelling interest in both the position opportunity as well as the candidate.
