The Customer Success Platform team is responsible for developing innovative solutions through applications, integrations, and automations which are used by thousands of teammates around the world. As a member of this team, you will assist us in developing the solutions that will power the next generations of Customer Care Teammate products.

What you will do? 

  • Write code! Build enterprise applications to help customers.

  • Collaborate with the team in an agile environment to deliver innovative, quality code iteratively

  • Care deeply about code quality, bringing an enthusiasm for using the best practices of scalability, accessibility, maintenance, and testing into everyday development

  • Partner daily with design & product to build great customer experiences

  • Learn new technologies quickly to keep up with the changing industry.  Demonstrate understanding of technical difficulty of delivering product ideas and of the technology stack. 

  • Drive resolution of technical problems. 

Qualifications 

  • BS in computer science or equivalent  with 3+ years’ experience in software development or Masters degree with 1 year experience in software development

  • Experience with Object oriented languages and JS/Node  

  • Knowledge of REST and best practices in designing and developing APIs 

  • Experience with a version control system – preferably GitHub 

  • Experience with modern front-end technologies like react

  • Strong written and communication skills 

  • Strong desire to learn, push the envelope, and share knowledge with others. 

Nice to Have 

  • Technology and Tools - Node.js, Kraken, SQL

  • Experience with automated test environments like DevRunner or TestRail 

  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript and web development frameworks
