Hardware Operations Intern

We believe each moment in sports can change the plan, change the game and change lives. That’s why our mission is to build the world’s most powerful network of sports video and data to empower teams to make every moment count.

How? By hiring people around the world who want to help us support coaches, players, analysts, recruiters, teams, clubs and fans. Hudl customers use our products to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and a lot more. They stay ahead of the game with the latest technology and we help them achieve their goals.

Want to join us?

Hardware is growing at Hudl as we realize more about how it can activate our software as a service business. The Hardware Operations team works closely with the finance, product, marketing and sales teams to strike a healthy balance between risk and reward for hardware products while consistently advancing technology and efficiency.

Reporting to the Hardware Operations Manager, this internship will handle a broad set of tasks across many parts of the business. We need an intern who’s organized and consistently prioritizes their work to fit the needs of the Hardware Operations team.

You Are

  • Skillful and adaptive. You’re extremely organized and jump on problems to find a solution.
  • Responsible. You take ownership of your work by hitting deadlines, meeting expectations and raising red flags when you see them.
  • A details wizard. You have a knack for dates and can articulate the fine points of a project to anyone.

You Will

  • Communicate. Whether it's responding to coaches about delivery times or placing orders for hardware components, you’ll be the communication center for all shipping and tracking for Hudl.
  • Coordinate. You’ll work with different carrier services to get products from one location to another. Scheduling pickups, monitoring and managing customer-owned hardware, helping with inventory returns and working with the Operations team is all in a day’s work for you.
  • Analyze. Take a step back when time permits and assess how to do each of these things better than we did before. You’ll make process recommendations to make things more efficient or save money.
  • Be an Expert. You’ll bring your logistics knowledge to Hudl in order to help guide process change and implementation.

We Will

  • Treat you like a full-time employee. You're part of the team—that means you'll have real responsibilities and the opportunity to make a big impact at Hudl. We want to hear what you think and will often ask you to weigh in on team decisions.
  • Supply you with tools for success. We've invested in our office spaces, designing them with our employees in mind. You’ll have the enriching, flexible environment and powerful hardware you need to do your job well.
  • Provide career growth. Our internships are a great complement to your degree. We offer year-round internship experiences with the potential to extend over the course of your educational career.

Diversity at Hudl

Hudl is an equal opportunity employer. We understand the power of a diverse team, celebrate differences and promote inclusion.

We also know imposter syndrome is real and the confidence gap can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates. Please don’t hesitate to apply—we’d love to hear from you.
