Summary:

The Azure Sr. Developer role is a new role on the public cloud team supporting CSG’s efforts in Microsoft Azure. This exciting new role joins a team of DevOps and Infrastructure professionals helping our customers and clients solve business needs in the Public Cloud space. An ideal candidate will utilize a DevOps mindset to continuously deliver and improve the practice.

Position Details:

Role Description:

  • Azure DevOps developer with ability to translate customer requirements into deliverable services
  • Engage with platform, cloud architects, security architects and other DevOps teams to implement features and enhance our cloud-based offerings
  • Learn and adapt to new and emerging technologies
  • Create technical documentation and translate solutions for stakeholders
  • Guide team members on delivering solutions utilizing industry best practices

Basic Qualifications:

  • Over 6 years of experience in Development Background and over 2 years of experience in Azure
  • Experience with popular programming languages (.NET, .NET Core, Java)
  • Experience with PowerShell and/or Python
  • Experience with automation platforms and tools (Terraform, IaC, Azure Resource Manager, etc.)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Azure services
  • Experience with DevOps processes and key components

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience both designing and implementing utilizing CI/CD on Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency with API and web services
  • Experience working in Agile environment
