We need an experienced leader who will assume overall global responsibility for the strategy of the Hudl brand and to continue developing our additional brand portfolio. In this role, you will continue to build and IGNITE our global brand by setting a far-reaching brand vision, serving as our chief external and internal storyteller, growing and scaling our digital ecosystem, evolving our brand design, leading our corporate social responsibility and talent brand efforts, and leading a team to bring it all to life. 

This role collaborates across all areas of the company, globally and plays a key part in creating linkage between our business strategy and our customers' belief in the value of our products. In this role, you will be responsible to ensure the success of a high-performance, dynamic and growing team and to influence stakeholders across the company to invest in your strategic plan. This role reports to the Vice President of Customer Experience, Brand and Global Communications and will be located in one of our offices in Nebraska, Boston or the UK.

You Are

  • Experienced. You’ve led the charge on building well-known and respected global brands and have created and implemented world-class programs for both internal and external audiences. You have an impeccable eye for design and can level up others to be excellent visual communicators. You have a proven ability to create a web and digital demand generation experience that is intuitive, future-proof and dynamic. Your philosophy is that execution is everything and you’re a pro when it comes to understanding what’s most important and prioritizing accordingly.
  • An influential leader. You’re as comfortable with the CEO as you are with your co-workers and have the ability to convince others to rally around change and progress. Others regularly seek you out for trusted advice as a valued partner.
  • Collaborative. You’ve partnered with multiple facets of a business, including marketing, content, sales, customer experience, product, and business leaders to make sure a brand story excites and motivates every level of the company. You value relationships and effectively manage conflict to deliver positive outcomes, while properly advocating for your team and our customers. 
  • A data-driven storyteller. You thrive on winning hearts first, minds second and your plans are insight and data-driven. You know that stellar creative is defined through delivery of business results and can prove out the value of your team’s work.
  • Forward-thinking. You’re always up-to-date on the most important market trends, proactively bringing breakthrough ideas to the table and have the innate ability to see and plan for what’s coming next.
