About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Assist customers with tax related questions through inbound phone calls and emails
  • Work with the Payroll tax team to get accurate tax account information on behalf of clients to ensure timely filing and payment of payroll tax obligations
  • Create enablement resources for the customer care organization for all tax related contacts
  • Assists with questions on new client prior data to quarterly tax returns
  • Assists questions on new client prior data to quarterly tax returns
  • Assists with questions on how to process and submit basic amended returns on behalf of clients

  • Associates Degree preferred or equivalent working experience
  • Prior experience with tax related processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Actively communicate with clients and coworkers
  • Ability to adapt to change and varying job responsibilities
  • Effectively manage time and self-start projects
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working with sensitive/confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
