Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$133,798.00-$214,077.00

Summary:

The Enterprise Productivity Director is first and foremost a leader of managers. This role contributes to the strategic direction of Corporate IT, then works with the managers to execute accordingly in each area. The Enterprise Productivity Director effectively collaborates with customers and suppliers to align priorities then plan/execute strategies that enable successful business transformation along with continuous process improvement efforts as it pertains to the enterprise application portfolio used across all CSG business functions.

This director defines the organizational structure for their organization within Corporate IT, then helps the managers ensure each area is appropriately aligned. The Enterprise Productivity Director orchestrates the Corporate IT brand, then assists the managers in manifesting it in each area. This person creates the awareness of a need then helps build the desire for change. This role is fully accountable for their organization’s annual budget, ensuring their operations stay within it.

Position Details:

- Direct management of global teams for completion of day-to-day support and maintenance of the Enterprise Productivity service delivery on a 24x7x365 day basis exceeding established targets

- Direct management staff serving as an escalation point and providing guidance for teams during service interruptions

- Provide escalation support, updates, and root cause analysis to executive management in support of the continuous improvement initiatives through quantitative metrics

- Provide leadership and oversight for both strategic and operational planning to include innovation, business cases, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources

- Develop strategies and policies and procedures to keep hardware and software assets productive over their depreciable life

- Evangelize operational best practices and above strategies/policies and procedures amongst cross-functional groups within CSG

- Manage assigned budgetary and organizational resources to ensure work activities are completed and staffing levels/resource planning is completed to maintain end to end continuity of service delivery, system documentation, and resource balance

- Accountable and responsible for all areas of the Enterprise Productivity service delivery concerning regulatory and CSG policy compliance including license and security management

- Regular and reliable attendance is required, willingness to manage off-hours events and maintenance required

- This job requires domestic and/or international travel up to 10% (typically less)
