Trainer I

This position delivers classroom training for the department under limited supervision using established knowledge of company products and processes. This position evaluates trainee performance and provides performance coaching during the training period.

What you do

* Conduct new hire classroom training to achieve trainee system, product, and process proficiency.
* Maintain system, product, and department operations knowledge.
* Evaluate trainee performance, provide coaching, and recommend performance improvement goals.
* Assist with maintenance of training material to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Participate on product change and department project teams. Partner with appropriate parties to create training material and deliver training to all associates
* Provide support to business partners in the introduction and on-going administration and customer service of the various group products
* Provide support to training team member and other department associates
* Identify, troubleshoot and when required, have an active role in the resolution of system problems involving the training systems.

What you bring

* H.S. Diploma or GED required
* 2-4 years related experience required
* Prefer but not required: Excel and GMR knowledge
