Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

Summary:

This position will provide Executive Management, Accounting, Customer Management, Operations and Consulting financial support. Primary responsibilities include managing financial aspects of customer accounts’ existing and new revenue streams including budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis and reporting. This position also requires the ability to identify business opportunities/risks and provide support to Accounting for problem resolution and invoice accuracy. The successful candidate will work with many organizations within the company in addition to all levels of management.

Position Details:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple departments from staff to senior management in order to gain acceptance of certain objectives, while preserving relationships.  Work with Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve issues
  • Requires a collaborative and team-oriented attitude working with Finance, Accounting, and Operations with demonstrated ability to work with various systems to compile data with high levels of accuracy
  • Incumbent is accountable for professional working behavior to include building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG’s core competencies and values.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting required
  • At least 1-2 years direct budgeting/forecasting software system experience required
  • Previous financial reporting and analysis required
  • Experience with revenue budgeting and forecasting
  • Strong experience with Variance Analysis and Reporting

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the print and mail industry

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred
