Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$68,659.00-$109,856.00

Summary:

Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day administration of CSG’s global retirement and equity benefit programs. Performs various reporting, due diligence and audits pertaining to the retirement and equity programs.

Position Details:

Essential Job Functions:

Maintain and administer CSG’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Restricted Stock Plan, and Retirement Plans

  • Responsible for all reporting functions to include reconciliation, audits and required documentation and system uploads
  • Prepare wire requests for funding for US, Puerto Rico, and Canada group retirement plans
  • Prepare stock grant resolutions for review and signature
  • Perform compliance and due diligence tasks, including annual 401k plan audit, non-discrimination testing, etc.
  • Assist with Investment Committee Coordinator & pension governance
  • Liaise with employees and Human Resource Business Partners on general aspects of retirement and equity plans
  • Assist with curation, posting and presenting of employee-facing Financial Wellbeing materials and presentations.

Maintain and improve existing processes, reporting, and documentation

  • Identify and recommend areas where process improvements could be made.
  • Process and submit invoices to Accounts Payable
  • Post employee and participant facing documents in various locations, including Workday Benefits & Wellbeing Dashboard
  • Audit vendor systems of records' indicative and financial data against HRIS and payroll records.
  • Maintain and report on statistical information utilized business decisions.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Correspond with Accounting, Legal and vendors regarding various programs' administration
  • Respond to requests from internal and external auditors

Support, lead and/or collaborate on special and annual projects as assigned; examples include but are not limited to the following:

  • Annual proxy process support
  • Research, design and implement new retirement and equity plans
  • Prepare cost analysis for changes to plans
  • Support the annual equity cycle
  • Support M&A deals in areas of retirement and equity
  • Understands and adheres to all applicable regulations, laws (including the Bank Secrecy Act), card association rules, CSG Security and Compliance standards as referenced in internal policies and procedures including Information Security, Acceptable Use, Code of Conduct, and other corporate policies. Keeps abreast of all applicable regulations, laws, and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll and HR-related functions

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous Accounting experience
  • Proxy statement experience
  • Experience in a global, publicly traded Company

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent education/experience
