We’re looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager to join our expanding Elite Marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans and marketing programs. These efforts result in a mixture of new customer acquisition, revenue expansion, cross-sell and retention for assigned target markets or products. Your work will span the customer journey and will lead to better interactions between Hudl and our prospects and customers. The ideal candidate will be invested in the philosophy of our products with a desire to help our users succeed. When our teams win, you feel like you’ve won.  

The salary range for this position is $45,000-65,000 annually.

You Will

  • Research. Gather customer insights and data points to inform campaign creation.
  • Plan. Compose project briefs across multiple marketing channels; set clear timelines and milestones. 
  • Coordinate. Establish a project management plan; identify and work closely with cross functional key stakeholders and hold everyone accountable.
  • Execute. Ensure proper tracking mechanisms are in place; create and launch marketing assets across internal and external communication channels.
  • Evaluate. Assess campaign performance, gather feedback from frontline teams and lead team retros.
