Monitors, supports, and enhances robotic process automations (RPA) running in the production environment.


  • Executes the deployment of approved robotic code into the production environment.
  • Maintains the daily administration of the RPA software production environment (scheduling processes, monitoring resources, etc.).
  • Timely identification, management, investigation, reporting and resolution of exceptions and process terminations (infrastructure and process exceptions).
  • Proactively communicates with business partners and process owners regarding production performance and issue resolution.
  • Assists team in process automation reviews and/or SIT testing validation.
  • Designs, configures, tests and monitors process enhancement requests as capacity allows.
  • Proactively communicates production issues as they arise and their proposed solutions to management to reprioritize tasks.
  • Drives process improvements by identifying issues/trends that occur in production and communicate with developers to proactively address or prevent those issues in upcoming automations.
  • Collaborates with process leads to ensure exception handling of future automations is complete and enhances best practices.


  • Ability to work flexible and variable work schedule which include Saturday or weekends to support business needs.
  • 1+ years of providing operational or production level support on software /applications.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, ability to interact and work well with the team and internal and external business partners at all levels.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ability to prioritize competing priorities and remain successful in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Analytical skills, problem solving and sound decision-making abilities.
  • With oversight and coaching, utilizes sound judgement in development design and configuration.

  • You are able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet.


  • Formal training and experience configuring in an RPA software.
  • Associate's Degree.
  • Minimum 3-6 months of hands-on experience deploying and monitoring RPA software.
  • Knowledge of the enterprise's business and IT operations.

  • Minimum: $62,654 MidPoint: $81,451 Maximum: $100,247
  • Pay commensurate with experience.
